I enjoyed the hotel's central location. I easily explored the city by train. The staff were cute and helpful, especially Natali at the front desk. I especially enjoyed the lobby and the aesthetic simple decor. The hotel offered bike rentals. This made getting around very easy.

Staff at the front desk were kind, friendly and helpful with directions. The check-in process was quick. I did not have to wait in line. Staff provided excellent recommendations and assisted with bags during check-out.

The room was very clean, but it was a bit small. The bed was comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. There was no refrigerator in my room, I missed this.

the hotel was really clean and the staff were friendly!!! i liked that it is right next to the train station so it is very convenient. breakfast is amazing i loved the fresh croissants!!!

the location was convenient for traveling. it was about a 10-minute walk to the train station. the breakfast had a large range of options. i especially enjoyed making my own waffles.
some staff were better than others. i noticed a huge crack across the tv screen in my room. i reported it immediately, but nothing was done . the chairs in the reception lounge were worn.

the hotel's proximity to the train station IS convenient. i found it very easy to access both the airport and central amsterdam. the staff WAS particularly helpful, especially with train schedules and recommendations for local activities. the cleanliness of the rooms was Perfect, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide array of choices.
i found the PARKING fee to be quite substantial, a surprising expense given the overall value.

the location was convenient for the train station, just across the street.
The room was not well soundproofed. i could hear a lot of noise from the main road, the nearby airport, and trains. I found it difficult to sleep well. also, i thought the mattress was too hard, and the room looked a bit dated.

I am very grateful for the convenient location near the train station. The hotel has modern rooms with a great bathroom. I also appreciate the excellent breakfast with many choices and fresh ingredients. I felt very welcome.
I noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room, I expected it to be there. This absence impacted my ability to store drinks. Otherwise my visit was really good.

the location is very close to the train station i found that really convenient the breakfast had tasty croissants too i was also offered a free drink for skipping room cleaning that was a nice touch
my room lacked coffee and tea i noticed the cleaners did not replace the towels daily the hotel bar service was slow it took some time to get served
